Da der Prozess der Datenerhebung und die Datenauswertung bei der GTM in besonderer Weise miteinander verwoben sind, kommt dem Sampling im Rahmen dieses "Forschungsprogramms" eine zentrale Bedeutung zu. Wie beginne ich meine Datenerhebung und welche Entscheidungshilfen kann ich mir zueigen machen? Dem Forschungsverlauf folgend greifen wir in Abschnitt 3 Fragen zum theoretischen Sampling im weiteren Forschungsprozess auf.
