The artistic screen printing studio Fallani Venezia, the space dedicated to culture and research of Gruppofallani, was founded in the late Sixties by Fiorenzo Fallani. I n almost fifty years of activity, over two hundred artists from around the world have worked in this studio and made over a thousand different graphics. This year the selection of artists has awarded a range of different styles and techniques of expression, focusing on the ones that seem to offer more stimuli and greater potential for experimentation with the screen printing technique. In this perspective, the selection focused on more exquisitely graphic works such as those by Montaner, but also to "wanderings" aimed at creating a complex artistic confrontation and to "challenge" artists that are not intentionally or consciously vocated to screen printing.

It is not surprising therefore that the strongly photographic work of Van den Ouvendhoven was chosen, together with the materic painting of De Flers. The selection of El Khouri, aka Potato Nose, a Lebanese artist of marked and clear street extraction, is a real challenge, since he will have to translate his art into completely different languages and formats. The Galerie Isabelle Lesmeister was founded by art historian Isabelle Lesmeister at the end of as a contemporary art gallery in Regensburg, Germany, with the aim of promoting young emerging artists. The choice of Galeria Fernando Santos, Sanja Milenkovic, represents a return to painting since the end of this art form was predicted. The works of the young Serbian artist caught the attention because of the tiny, almost ironic, figures; the antithesis between the large backgrounds and the detail of the foreground; but also the affirmation of a certain joie de vivre that unfortunately has been increasingly excluded from contemporary art. Chelouche Gallery is one of the most prominent and leading galleries in Israel. Located in Tel Aviv, Chelouche Gallery maintains its primacy presenting a large variety of work, ranging from new media to video art, sculpture, painting, installation and photography.

Since its opening in , Chelouche Gallery has been keeping its primacy in various fields of art. The gallery persistently collaborates with eminent curators and artists both in Israel and abroad, participates consistently in sought-after international exhibitions and biennales and showcases the works by Israeli artists in prestigious venues in the world.

The gallery selected artist Ching-Hui Chou for his unique poetic yet powerful way of looking at modern society and the outstanding execution of his projects, which puts him at the forefront of the contemporary art world. His photography projects involve a theatrical set with staged performing of modern civilization in a powerful way. The selecting jury has chosen to award Phil Akashi for his original and innovative language, generated by the encounter between the East and the West. The metaphorical use of complex signs with deep connotations create an elegant, immediate aesthetics which at the same time is extremely complex. This aesthetics in fact enshrines a deep reflection and expresses intercultural suggestions, where the sign becomes openness to knowledge and breaks down geographies and time limits.

Che cosa dire dei racconti? Troisi dimostra la sua solita maestria facendo rivivere concretamente personaggi da tempo persi nell'alone della leggenda. I primi due racconti sono sicuramente i miei preferiti, anche se mi hanno fatto soffrire molto. Non mi resta molto da dire, se non un grazie al Mondo Emerso. Grazie per tutto quello che hai fatto per me.

Auch muss ich sagen dass ich wirklich wahnsinnig gefesselt war von der weiteren geschichte von nihal und Sennar, auch wenn ich teilweise wirklich geschockt war - so vieles wurde in diese Seiten gepackt und alles habe ich einfach geliebt und innerhalb von 2 Tagen weggelesen: P Die charaktere sind einfach genau so wie in der Original-Trilogie und das finde ich auch super dass die Autorin dem Original trotz der langen Zeitspanne dazwischen treu geblieben ist.

See a Problem?

Sono passati esattamente dieci anni da quando lessi per la prima volta di Nihal e del Mondo Emerso. Ho ritrovato lo stile dei primi libri, ho ritrovato Nihal in tutta la sua grande forza e determinazione e in tutta la sua grande insicurezza. E' stato quasi impossibile per me chiudere il libro e trattenere le lacrime. E' stato come ritrovare una cara amica che da tempo non vedevi e credevi perduta. Posso solo dire che l'ho amato ed ho amato soprattutto il finale che Licia Troisi ci ha saputo regalare.

So che ci sono opinioni discordanti su "Le storie perdute".

Translating Echoes

Ma non credo che questo fosse l'obiettivo di questo libro. Qualcosa che, a mio parere, rispecchia lo stile della saga, ma che allo stesso tempo ci dona anche un nuovo modo di vedere e conoscere questo personaggio, i suoi pensieri e il suo cuore. Oltre al timore che non fosse all'altezza degli altri, credo che la mia attesa nel leggerlo fosse dovuto al fatto che non ero pronta in quel periodo a riprendere in mano Nihal e a doverle dire addio di nuovo.

To be honest this would probably be a 3 star book, if I didn't love this world so much. I really enjoyed reading about Nihal again and about adventure that I didn't know about. Ci credete se vi dico che Nihal della Terra del Vento, eroina e salvatrice del Mondo Emerso e ultima della sua razza, ritorna tra le pagine di un libro? Non sapete chi sia Nihal? Vi faccio un brevissimo riassunto. La storia si svolge nel Mondo Emerso, una terra magica abitata da creature fantasy maghi, ninfe, elfi, eccetera e, ancora prima della nascita di Nihal, il Tiranno decide di conquistarla. Comunque Nihal — ultima mezzelfo sopravvissuta al massacro del suo popolo, ordinato proprio dal Tiranno — cresce allevata da un armaiolo umano.

Contro ogni aspettativa — e tradizione — diventa la prima donna Cavaliere di Drago… e dopo varie peripezie, avventure, disavventure e la perdita di molti amici, sconfigge il Tiranno! Nella seconda trilogia si scopre che Nihal, anni dopo, con Sennar — suo marito —, lascia il Mondo Emerso per dirigersi verso le terre oltre il grande fiume Saar.

Un menestrello entra in una locanda e inizia a narrare delle storie: La seconda storia riguarda Nihal, Sennar e il loro piccolo Tarik, mentre vivono tranquilli nelle Terre Ignote oltre il fiume Saar. Sennar continua a studiare magia e questo lo porta a entrare in contatto con uno spirito… ma che si impossessa del suo corpo. Nihal per salvarlo deve rivolgersi a un altro mago… e in quelle terre gli unici maghi che esistono appartengono ai nemici del Mondo Emerso. E a che prezzo? Concluse le storie, il menestrello raccoglie le offerte ed esce dalla locanda… e un ultimo colpo di scena coglie totalmente impreparato il lettore!

Non fatevi perdere questo libro se siete amanti di questa saga e se invece non la conoscete, cosa aspettate a leggerla? Nov 25, Vanessa rated it really liked it Shelves: Le sue gesta vengono ancora narrate, vengono tramandate di padre in figlio, e ricordate da giovani e anziani. E' il caso delle tre che un misterioso cantastorie inizia a narrare agli avventori di una locale in una notte buia. Storie di amore, di guerra, di morte.

Storie dedicate all'eroina dai capelli blu e alla donna, la figlia, la madre, la moglie nascosta sotto all'armatura. Sono una grande fan di Licia Troisi, l'ho scoperta proprio con Le Cronache del Mondo Emerso all'epoca della loro uscita e poi ho continuato a seguirla fedelmente, divorando ogni suo libro, dalle tre trilogie del Mondo Emerso, alla Ragazza Drago, fino a I Regni di Nashira, insomma, su Licia Troisi sono preparata e sono stata felicissima di sapere dell'uscita di questo libro in occasione del decimo anniversario della storica serie. Non un vero seguito, ma una raccolta di novelle che comprende tre storie che raccontano aspetti poco conosciuti della vicenda dell'eroina dai capelli blu.

E diciamolo, Nihal ci mancava. Non vedevo l'ora di avere questo libro per fare un tuffo indietro nel tempo. Immaginate quindi la mia gioia quando ho ricevuto in regalo da mia cugina un anticipo sul regalo di Natale una copia di questo libro. E' stato o no un bel regalo? Il libro si apre mostrandoci una locanda affollata, gremita di avventori impegnati a bere e mangiare, in una notte cupa.

Qui, fa il suo ingresso un losco figuro, ammantato e con una maschera a coprire parte del volto. Si tratta di un menestrello, che dopo aver consumato il suo pasto, richiama l'attenzione degli avventori, e inizia a raccontare. Tra questi, una giovane coppia, Karna e Mathkar, con la loro bambina Sheireen. Si tratta ovviamente della piccola Nihal, e dei suoi genitori. In questo racconto, assistiamo per la prima volta ad eventi che fino ad ora ci erano solo stati accennati: E' stato bello, emozionante, toccante. Nei suoi confronti mostrano una dolcezza disarmante. Piccoli gesti, come la culla improvvisata, ma confortevole, preparata per lei, con un cassetto e qualche coperta, come la continua preoccupazione di Mathkar di trovare cibo a sufficenza per tenere in salute la moglie e di conseguenza la figlia, come il gesto istintivo di Karna in punto di morte, che crollando a terra, protegge la sua piccola cercando di attutirne la caduta.

Ho apprezzato anche incontrare i giovani Soana e Fen, entrambi ancora apprendisti, e vedere le prime occhiate e i primi sorrisi tra loro, e il modo in cui si sono presi a cuore la piccola. Forse il mio preferito. Finora c'era sempre stato un alone di mistero intorno alla sua fine. Dopo tanti orrori, era quello di cui aveva bisogno. Ma sulla sua testa sentiva sempre aleggiare la tragedia, pronta a colpire.. Un esperimento di Sennar finito male, un gesto disperato, il rapimento di un elfo.. Non esiste modo per sfuggire al pegno. Si vis me flere, flendum est.

Saranno stati i conquistatori forse per segnare una via. Il sole e la pioggia penetrano deboli nella vegetazione sento oscuri fruscii venire da ogni direzione qui vi sono migliaia di animali che volano camminano strisciano. No problems sir…sure no problems mi guardo intorno. Look sir , many bats!
